Absences

During the period of inability, sickness pay is paid for no more than the working days included in the following periods:

One-off duration of employment Period length
before the beginning of inability

at least 1 month 28 days
at least 3 years 35 days
at least 5 years 42 days
at least 10 years 56 days

An employee whose employment has continued before the beginning of the inability to work
uninterrupted for less than six months, receives sick pay
from the beginning of the second day of inability which would have been in work
employee's working day.

An employee whose employment has continued before the beginning of the inability to works
for a period of at least six months, is paid for sickness
pay from the beginning of the first such inability date, which
the employee would have had a working day at work.

If the inability for work has been caused by an accident at work or the duration of the incapacity to work exceeds the deductible period prescribed by the Health Insurance Law (date of invalidity
and nine of its closest business days), sickness pay is paid
starting from the beginning of the first disability date, which
the employee would have had a working day at work.

The sickness pay is paid on the basis of the employee's average earnings. The average earnings list is calculated
by dividing the salary earned by an employee prior to the illness
six months of regular working hours by done working hours. .If the employment relationship has lasted less

When the inability to work begins, the work shift is paid in full
